Gabriele helped me sell my house in Florida (my Dad passed away and we were selling the house for probate). I am located in Connecticut and she was my eyes and ears in Florida. She communicated with me constantly and handled any and all issues that I needed taken care of at the house. I never had to go to Florida and closed on 6/30/2021. I could not have asked for a better realtor. She is smart, dedicated and an EXTREMELY hard worker.

Sold their Dads Home

Gabriele did a fantastic job selling our house. She did everything since we live out of state. Our house went on the market just days before Hurricane Ian hit Port Charlotte. Gabriele took care of everything from keeping us updated on the status of house, dealing with FPL for us and a host of other things. She made the entire process very easy for us and went above and beyond to get our house sold among the chaos in the aftermath of the hurricane. I highly recommend Gabriele and I know she will do a great job for you also.

Moved to Florida

I was completely out of my element having moved to a new part of the country. I knew what I wanted in a home and what my comfortable price point was. Gabriele spent days with me, showing me the area and explaining how one community differed from another. We looked at many homes. When it was time to make a purchase offer she shared her reservations in her insight was correct and I moved on to another purchase option. Gabriele was an excellent intermediary with the developer I decided to work. She gave me excellent advise on a home inspection and was able to recommend a very competent person to do the inspection. She remained involved after the papers were signed to make sure all was to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend using her for your SW Florida connection when it comes to home buying. She has been in the area for years and with her experience and enthusiasm, you will not be disappointment.

Buyer moved to Florida- Bought in North Port

Bought a Florida Home

Gabriele went above and beyond to help us find our home. Being from out of state and in a "battle zone" to try and buy a home . Gabriele would find what we wanted and Face time with us as she did walk throughs of the properties. You will not find a person as dedicated to your need whether buying or selling then Gabriele. Our daughter Rebecca and family were selling their home in Colorado and wanted my husband and I to find them a home here in Punta Gorda. Rebecca found Gabriele, (thank God). Gabriele was wonderful. After speaking with Rebecca and her husband Michael on the phone numerous times, Gabriele seemed to know what they wanted and needed more so than my husband and I. Long story short, she found the right house, it closed on July 13th. Rebecca, Michael and our grandsons are very happy with the house. I'm just glad we had Gabriele to help us, it was a lot of pressure to pick a house and have them buy it sight unseen.

Gabriele Extejt made it possible for us to relocate from KS to FL without us knowing anyone, or anything about Florida. She worked with us for six months via email and never once failed to answer a question or give advice on the many things we were clueless about (even financing). I had contacted other FL agents prior to Gabriele only to find they would rarely respond to questions or follow up. Our move to Florida would not have happened without her help, and we are forever grateful that we found her.

Jon and I worked together with Gabriele for about 3 years looking for just the right home for us. We waffled a bit on what we wanted and we really appreciated Gabriele's patience and advice when looking at homes. She was great when looking through homes, to point out what she felt were good, or bad, features. She kept us apprised of the housing market, what homes were available and was even willing to video tape a home for us if we were not available to meet with her. If we called her, she would always make herself available to talk through a home with us. We would not hesitate to call her if we wanted to either buy or sell a home. Gabriele has kept the lines of communication open, even after our home purchase. She is a great resource for information on businesses in the area and we have often e-mailed her for contacts when updating our home.

WE STARTED DEALING WITH GABRIELE OVER THE PHONE FROM NORTH CAROLINA. WE WERE LOOKING FOR A HOME IN THE NORTH PORT AREA CLOSE TO MY SISTER IN LAWS HOME AND WITH A POOL. WE WERE UNABLE TO COME DOWN TO MEET HER RIGHT AWAY DUE TO US TRYING TO SELLING OUR HOME IN N.C. SO WE ASKED GABRIELE IF SHE WOULD START TAKING MY SISTER IN LAW OUT TO LOOK AT HOMES. GABRIELE WAS HAPPY TO HELP US OUT. SHE WORKED WITH USE FOR ALMOST 3 MONTHS BEFORE WE FOUND THE PERFECT HOME FOR US. GABRIELE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, PROFESSIONAL, COURTEOUS. SHE WENT OUT OF HER WAY TO MEET OUR NEEDS. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND GABRIELE TO ANY OF OUR FRIENDS AND RELATIVES LOOKING FOR A HOME HERE IN SARASOTA AND CHARLOTTE COUNTY. SHE MADE OUR BUYING EXPERIENCE A PLEASURE FROM BEGINNING TO END. OVER ALL GABRIELE IS A LOVELY AND WONDERFUL PERSON.

Bought Florida Home

We connected with Gabriele quite by accident. We stopped in to get a brochure and landed up talking to her about houses in the area. She showed us several. After seeing them, we came to the realization that a house was not for us, and that a condo would serve our needs better. Gabriele was able to switch gears and in short order showed us several condos in our price bracket. We made and offer on one that same day. During the process, Gabriele kept us informed about what to expect and the various do's and don'ts. In the end, I believe we set a record for time from offer to closing - 28 days. There were absolutely not glitches or mistakes. We highly recommend working with Gabriele.
